Order Confirmation
You should receive a confirmation e-mail from the Knit Divas Online Store when you place your order. If you do not receive an update to this initial e-mail within 24 hours, please contact us at (541) 535-3623.
Sometimes technical difficulties beyond our control can cause orders to be overlooked. If this does happen, be assured that we will do our best to correct the situation as soon as it is brought to our attention.
Not all colors and/or sizes are in stock. In stock items will be labeled in the dropdown list. We try to make sure items listed on our website match actual inventory in stock, but mistakes do happen. In the event the item you ordered somehow happens to be missing -- you will be contacted by email and you can decide how to proceed.
Please note that prices on 'special order' items could be subject to change and may not match those listed in the online catalog. Knit Divas also reserves the right to charge a token 'special order fee' in certain cases.
Online Ordering
Enjoy browsing the Knit Divas Online Catalog by clicking on the categories that interest you, selecting a Manufacturer from the dropdown list -- or using the ‘Quick Find’ search feature to enter keywords.
When you are ready to purchase an item, just click either ‘Buy Now’ or ‘Add to Cart’ and enter the quantity. Continue adding items until your order is complete. (You can also remove items you decide not to buy.)
Clicking ‘Checkout’ transfers you to a secure page to enter payment details. Until you confirm payment, you will be able to make changes to your order or cancel the order entirely.
Payment Options
Knit Divas accepts payment by PayPal or Check/Money Order. When paying by check or money order, your order will not be shipped until your funds clear the bank.
Shipping & Handling
All orders are shipped via US Postal Service.

Your order must be paid for in full before shipping.
